  • SEO Executive / Senior SEO

    • Keyword Research and Analysis:
      Conduct thorough research to identify relevant keywords and phrases, analyze competitor strategies, and understand user search behavior.
    • On-Page Optimization:
      Optimize website content, structure, and coding to improve search engine rankings, including title tags, meta descriptions, and internal linking.
    • Off-Page Optimization:
      Build high-quality backlinks from reputable websites, engage in social media marketing, and promote content to increase online visibility.
    • Technical SEO:
      Perform website audits to identify and resolve technical issues that can negatively impact search engine rankings, such as site speed, mobile-friendliness, and indexing problems.

    • Ledger Scrutiny, Variance Analysis, Finalization of Account & Balance Sheet

    • Prospecting & Cold Calling US / UK / AUSTRALIA (international clients) based clients to sell outsourcing solutions (Accounting & Bookkeeping Services, Software Services etc.)
      Outbound Sales & Business development for selling services and acquiring new clients
    • Lead Generation through different tools like – LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Lusha, Rocketreach and Appolo etc
    • Ability to understand customers’ industry and core business processes

    • Hands-on payroll experience in both UK and US jurisdictions.
    • Strong knowledge of UK HMRC regulations and US federal/state payroll laws.

    • Experience in Employee onboarding
    • Experience in taking registrations from the state and Federal
    • Able to manage short or wrong payment of payroll dues
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll reconciliations.
